Question: Being sued by debt buyer for bank if America cc debt, served in April 2014. Did not admit to debt in my filed answer. Set for arbitration next month, does delaware sol apply? Last pmt 7/2011.

Answer: If your contract with BofA states there is a "choice of law" clause, it is possible for your lawyer to argue that. However, most jurisdictions do NOT follow the Delaware Statute of Limitations rule.
