Question: My mother is 89 & recieved notice of a civil suit being filed against her for a debt. She has dimensia and severe memory loss. The court & rules state she must file an answer, or an att., which she cannot afford. I have durable power of att., but court said i can't file for her. She is incompetent to deal with most anything these days. Help please?
