Answer: There are many different reasons for why a case may be made for garnishment of money, property, salary, and other forms of wages. Both A.R.S. 12-1574(http://www.azleg.gov/FormatDocument.asp?inDoc=/ars/12/01574.htm&Title=12&DocType=ARS) & 12-1598.04(http://www.azleg.gov/FormatDocument.asp?inDoc=/ars/12/01598-04.htm&Title=12&DocType=ARS) state that once an order has been made for garnishment the courts will issue a writ and a summons of the garnishment to be served to the garnishee.
