Concerning a Short Sale of Real Property; There are 3 liens. The 3rd lien is a voluntary one for the purchase of a home water purification system. In order to sell the property short, the Bank requires that the 3rd lien agree to be released. The lien holder is unreasonable. They ask for the original $4400 + Back Payments, Interest and Penalties which make the release amount about $10,000. Nothing less is acceptable. The Bank may allow 1 or 2 thousand dollars, no more. Can the 3rd lien be eliminated by an administrative action or through bankruptcy?

I was adopted at the age of 13 from Russia. My adopted American parents were abusive. At the age of 18 I left home. I have been homeless living with friends as I finished my high school diploma. I have not been able to pay anyone for living at their home. I have started community college full time, two of my classes are not college accredited as I was educationally deprive and have to catch up to take Eng. 101 and college math. I spend more time studying than the average student as English is my second language. I work 8 hours a week at a clothing store. I just started caring for a 90 year old lady, more than 20 hours per week, in exchange for a place to study & sleep. DES says I need to work 20 hours a week to get food stamps. Would my caring of the 90 year old count as working even though I do not get paid?

In October 2015 someone stole my debit card I called and told them it stolen and canceled it I received a new one and something wasn't right still. I know who stole out of my bank account I tried to make a police report but the cops wouldn't let me about a month later a sheriff came to my house and said there was least my debut card theft investigation and to com down to the cop station and talk I gave them all my info regarding my debit card he said it wasn't in his jurisdiction and a different pd would get back To me no one will help me and the Banks won't do anything either. My husband is in the army and is stationed in S. Korea until March of 2012. We have a 3 year old daughter who lives with me. My husband informed me that he wants a divorce.
