I bought a mobile home a year ago, the park manager told me that he would give me the title if I signed a power of attorney, I did it and he still hasn't given me the title, I asked him for the title a few days ago and he told me to sign another power of attorney to give me the title, is this legal? What can I do to get my MH title?

My widowed mother disinherited my sister who is my only sibling. Her will states that she has 2 children and my sister and I are named. She states that "I am making no distribution to (sister's name inserted) in this will." I am the executor and I am the sole inheritor of her entire estate. Am I required to notify my sister of our mother's' passing? Am I required to post a notice in the local paper here or, if public notice is required and I post it online? Where? The sister is in Florida. My mother and I live in Arizona.

We have lived in an over 55 community for over 5 years always paying space rent by check, and never being late. Now they say they will not accept payment by check by anyone and if you try to pay by rent they will return your check. They want you to pay by portal or they can automatically deduct from your account. Is this legal?

I have been victim of domestic violence for the past 15 years. My father recently passed. He remarried 8 mos prior to his death. He had a will & a trust. In the trust, he left me & my brother his house which had balance. The will/trust states that his wife can live in the house "rent free" because it was supposed to paid off with the life insurance policy. It doesn't state that she has to pay the house off, but it is implied. However, it does state that she must pay the utilities, maintenance, property taxes, etc. She has yet to file the trust with the county, is giving $ to other beneficiaries & trading in his vehicle for new one. Probate or Trust Atty?

My 85 year old mother passed away suddenly on May 25. 2013. She had a lease and a security deposit of $200.00. The apartment complex has suddenly (after 3 months of attempting to get it returned after perfect walk through results) decided that I am not able to get any security deposit. Also, refuse to return my extra monies paid to stay for 14 days to remove my mother's items. I was assured that all of the money would be returned to me but now that they have a new owner, they state that they will not return any of the money that they agreed to return to me. AZ law states that they were to notify me within 14 days if any problems with refund with her security deposit or they have to pay double the amount back. Is this applicable in this case? I have continuously attempted to contact them regarding this issue and I finally got a bunch of passing the blame answers and this is three months late.
