  • My landlord has a primary person that lives in the community that acts as the landlord and basically handles everything including maintenance. Meaning, he is the one making all repairs. He is creepy, hangs out and thinkers with repairs, he is not certified and shabby workmanship and shows up knocking at my door to hand out information rather than mailing. I am a single female living alone and I really don't won't him coming over whenever he wants to. Is his behavior legal, I have told him not to show up knocking and have informed him the next time I will call the police but he continues.
  • I didn't pay rent this month due to the landlord not fixing anything within the last six months. I decided to move since they are not fixing anything. Can the landlord lock my possesions in the house or do they have to give me a notice first?

  • My tenant moved in her adult daughter with two minor children without my knowledge. When told I said she could stay as a guest for two months while she finds a place to live.   • I am being evicted under section 33-1368a unauthorized guest.a friend of mine came by to say hi and to get a cold drink. As my friend was arriving my landlord and my friend had words with each other one calling the other a racist for commenting on baggy clothes. I was served with a written 13-3368a notice and was told he couldn't come back. About 3weeks later my friend showed up again I told him he wasn't allowed on the property gave him some water and he left. The next day I was served with a second 33-1368a notice with 10 days to vacate the property. Is this legal and what should I do?
