How do I get my file \case number?

My mother is 85 and being treated by a naturopathic doctor. My sister and I are concerned that the care she is getting is harming her overall health. We have contacted the Naturopathic Physician Medical Board to file a complaint. They are willing to move forward and subpoena her medical records for review. The problem is that they say there is no way to keep this physician from mentioning it to our mother. We feel that our mother puts an abnormal amount of "faith" in this physician and that she has been, for lack of a better word, "brainwashed" into believing that he can do no harm. We want to proceed without fear that he will convince my mother that we are "the bad guys." What do we need to do to proceed without fear that he will discuss this with our mother? Any suggestions or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I have been verbally harassed by a company that out-sources my company to do work for them. I have a few pages documenting what has been said or name calling that has occurred ( so many names everything from "scar face, lesbian, and whore). I was wondering if this would be considered a hostile work environment?

I received an immediate eviction for breach of lease agreement that ... involving imminent or actual serious property damage for building unauthorized structures. I had purchased a shed, put a small fence up to be able to easily access the kids bike/dirtbike. I offered to undo it all but received the immediate eviction notice that will be filed in the morning. A neighbor verbally agreed to pay half of the cost to replace a shared section of backyard fence after it blew down from a storm. She said she couldn't pay at the time but would pay later, and never has. She will not answer her door or phone, so I sent a certified letter but no response. Other neighbors paid when job was complete. She owes me $378. I want to avoid small-claims court but can't find information about mediation. What are my options?

A room in our home was rented on a month-to-month basis. The 1st month was a trial period to see if they were a good "fit." The man intimidated a disabled female in the home and verbally assaulted her the following day (at which time they were given 10 days to vacate), they were caught smoking marijuana in the home (given a verbal warning), their dog bit someone (didn't break skin just bruising and swelling), caught smoking a second time - told to leave immediately and made threats of imminent harm. Have not returned to claim possessions as agreed and claim we owe them money. What do I do?

Our rental home has a termite infestation and it's been over a month and our landlord has done nothing about it. What rights do we have? I've been told by our property management company that termites do not qualify under any law to terminate our lease. Are we stuck living in this house?
