Does he need to send us a written notice 30 days in advance that he intends to increase our rent 20% and the total amount that would make our new rent payment be? So far he has excepted the regular payment for two months passed the lease end date and now we just gave about a 50 day notice that we intend to move out.

She's installed cameras to watch the house from outside. What are my rights?

No one said a word about the possibility of no coverage. Now, 3 yrs. later, medicare has said they won't pay the claim and Mayo has said we owe $10,000 which would be impossible to pay since we are on SS and pension. Had we been told that at the outset, we would not have proceeded with the surgery. Wasn't it Mayo's responsibilty at the time to check out if they would get paid? How do we get this debt dismissed?
