  • My property manager who does Not have a real estate license in AZ. has given me a 30 day notice and claims it came from the owner but she refuses to give me any number or way to speak to the owner about what is going on. Do I have a right to speak to the owner since she is claiming he is the one who told her to give me the notice.

  • My uncle is 82 and terminally ill. He's got $75k in credit card limits...he's taken out 50K in cash advances has transferred into his sons accounts. He owns a home with his wife, but his name is coming off of the house. He's done this to leave some $ to his heirs. His wife will pay the minimums on the credit cards after his death until she sells the house, then gift that money to her daughter. What's the legal ramifications of this after his death to his heirs. There will be no estate.
  • My wife's parents are a not good influence on our family and we have told them to stay away. They refuse, and have gone as far as just sitting on my front porch in the heat refusing to leave after being told to leave so many times it makes my head spin. They wont tell us but they have told (someone that wont be named) that they would seek a lawyer to see there grand kids. Do they have any right at all to do that? we are married and are doing great, except when they are around. were a little scared and need to know if there is anyway they could side step (us) the parents and get visitation.
  • We have Jount Custody, with I being Primary. His parenting time is every other weekend. He is moving 175 miles away soon, do I have to meet him halfway without going to court first? I do not have reliable transportation due to him being $10,0000 behind in Child support. Would I be in contempt or would he need to get a court date to first change the parenting time to include meeting half way? Currently he is to pick them up at school and drop them back off at school, as we do not get along. Does that remain in effect till legally changed?
  • After 20 years we are looking to move back to the US from the UK. My wife has a British passport but had a green card when we lived in the US. We were looking to move over in September for the start of the school year but the Embassy in the UK is telling me that it will be 6 months before they even look at our I-130 petition, which I understand is only the start of the whole process. My parents are getting older and we want to be there to help them. Should we just come over and start the process (or reprocess) from the US for my wife's permanent/green card status?

  • My mother passed away 5 yrs ago. Estate has never been settled in probate or anything. My sister moved her son into the home that was willed to us. He pays her the mortgage payment and she makes sure everything is paid. Home is still in deceased mothers name. We had verbal agreement that he would also pay me $200 a month and isnt paying anymore. I want to settle in court due to no executor of estate. My sister assumed executor but refuses to settle. I want her to buy me out and I will sign off on estate and she can do what she wants. What can I do???
  • I am the guardian of my 2 grandchildren (their mother is my oldest daughter) she had been in a domestic violence situation with the kids dad (he is in prison until July 2016) she lives with friends, no job, possible drugs. He does drugs and has a new girlfriend pregnant. I do not want either of them to obtain children EVER. What can I do to protect the kids and myself since Arizona tends to want to reunite children and parents. This is not a good idea with either of the biological parents. I love them to much to have them suffer. Guardian since 2010, they are age 9 and 6. suggestions?
