i just recently moved in to a new apartment and i noticed that my windows are made of plastic not glass when i asked if they would replace them because it doesnt feel safe i was told no. is it leagal to have plastic windows?

How old do you have to be to sign legal papers with parents knowing about it?

I live in a complex and in our contracts state that they would spray once a month for bugs and change air filter, once a year change fire detector batteries. None of this is being done and we now have a bed bug problem here and they have not fixed security gate ..it has been broken for 2 years and they have us locked out of the laundry room..can anything be done on our part? Must my tenants be present when I conduct the move-out walk-thru even if I feel threatened by them? They are bigger than I and our last conversation consisted of them yelling, using foul language towards me, hanging up, calling me back to continue to be verbally abusive and I heard slamming in the background.

The landlord shut off our water at 3 in the afternoon and said it was only for a half hour to fix a small leak. It is now 8 am the following day and our water is still off with no word from our landlord. What can I do or call to get this issue remedied

I am a landlord and my tenant(s) failed to pay their water bill in time. The water company should have shut off their water once the bill was overdue by 30 days but because the tenant(s) had children they decided to leave the water on for an extended period. The tenants moved out and never paid the bill and now the water company claims that I have to pay the bill because I am the landowner. I live in Mayer, Arizona and I question the legality

We just bought a home in Arizona. I am a 100% disabled veteran living in a hot box for the past 5 weeks.We had an inspection done before and everything was fine. We have been in the house for 5 weeks and have had a different air conditioning repair person here more than 5 times with a different reason each time. Now we have flooring from the kitchen, entry way, and laundry room that needs to be replaced because of water damage from the air conditioner. Do we have any recourse against the home inspector? I called her and she said she would refund the inspection fee, but it wasn't her responsibility for the repairs now. Every penny we have went to purchase this house and we bought a home warranty so we wouldn't have to worry about problems. The warranty company of course claiming pre-existing conditions for things, so we have to fight to get some of the costs covered with them. Is there any help for us?

My father is on his death bed in bullhead city. All past wills have included #1 I want to be buried in the nearest VA cemetary. His current wife of 3 years has paid for a cremation. She has a new will and will not produce it to any of 3 children. She has power of atty. We also believe she requested he be taken off cardiac meds when going into hospice, and believe this was negligent?? When does she need to produce a will?? Please help

Can a new lease be done for a year and a another lease for the same year but with a different amount and can the landlord ask for your social security card after giving all prove when I moved in
