  • Moved in to an apartment. AC never ran correct. Notified landlord several times. Electric was constantly shorting out. Landlord did nothing. Had hollow core door for front door.. faulty locks, serious bug problem, he charged us 1100 deposit for 550 rent. We vacated in 2 1/2 months. Never signed a lease or rental agreement. Trash all around complex. He refused to refund our deposit. Can we get it back in full?
  • An exboyfriend kicked me out of his mothers home and kept all of mine and my 2 year olds belongings. Including birth certificates, SSCs , immunization records, pictures, jewelry, clothes, toys etc. What can i do to attept to get my belongings? He claims to have nothing of mine.

Contractor came out and said the only thing did was recovered the roof. Remove anything old office the whole roof needed replace. Been over a week and still nothing on roof.   • I have received a 14/30 day letter to fix an electrical issue which I am trying to address. I am also trying to sell my mobile home. There is now a broken sewer line that runs under my home which is part of the park infrastructure. They are refusing to fix and said they would fix it I sell my home.   • How do I get the landlord to refund the balance of rent money paid to satisfy the remainder of the term of my lease, that the landlord then entered into another lease with new tenants? The security deposit was refunded in full but they tried to be deceptive about entering into a new lease during the remainder of my lease. And now try to say I am required to pay the utilities for the property for the 2 months after I vacated and turned over possession of the keys

  • We signed a 4 month lease at an RV Storage facility to rent a 60' space for our 20' trailer, because we were told only 60' spaces were available. After parking the trailer in the assigned space we discovered it is not 60' but 40', which rents for $75 per month. The facility continues to insist it's a 60' space, refuses to measure it & refuses to change our rental rate to $75. They only offer to move us to "another" 60' space as a solution. Is it legal for them to overcharge us like this? What recourse do we have? We suspect they're doing this to others. Isn't this fraud? What rights do we have
