QUESTIONS

  • What rights do tenants have that are renting a house that has forclosed now that the Protection Act expired on December 31, 2014?
  • I currently live out of state with my children. My ex's lawyer and him have manipulated the truth and twisted things around to make things go in his favor knowing I would not be able to afford the legal counsel to continue the fight. Can I somehow stop him from using that lawyer in the future? How can I find a lawyer now that my family and I are tapped out and we are still paying legal fees? We still have several issues and I would like a mediator/lawyer to correct things however, I do not know where to start now that we are in another state and I can't afford legal counsel. What do I do?
  • Whats the differance between divorce and legal seperation
  • WE have paid a photographer $600 for items he has never provided and he now refuses to speak to us. We are based in the UK but I have family in Arizona who will attend on my behalf and we feel that a simple claim might just be ignored. Question is : How can we best ensure that we will have maximum clout when approaching the reclaimation of our monies? If your answer is to employ a lawyer, may we have a list local to Tucson, thank you
  • I want to file visitation rights with the Court to visit my grandchildren. Their mother refuses to let me see them.
  • What is a living will?
  • I helped my fiancé purchase a new car. I have good credit and got a great rate. She's making the payments but moved out and I don't know where she is. As long as she's making the payments I'm OK, right? If she stops payments that would not be good. What is the worse that can happen? If I have the spare key and were to get the car back is it considered stealing since the car is in my name?
  • I was arrested for disorderly conduct. I was not driving nor charged with a DUI. The police told the to take a breathalyzer or go to the hospital. I was examined and then taken to jail. The hospital is now billing me for $800. Is that bill not the state's responsibility?
  • I am renting a room in a house. The landlord has not given me a signed copy of the lease/agreement. The landlord does not give me a rent receipt. I have been living here for about 8 months, sending/mailing the landlord checks regularly. Now, the landlord is asking me to give a detailed breakdown of rent/checks paid ad the associated dates in a specific format. I have done the best I can. The landlord has been sending me multiple messages regarding this over the weekend. Isn't this the landlords job, to keep track of the rent/checks paid. I feel the landlord treats me differently versus others.
  • I just turned 18 and I want to know if there is any financial help or support I can claim from being adopted by a relative and being a full time student?
