How does a disclaimer of rights of survivorship in jointly held property work?

I have 3 questions and many other questions but I will just add 3 , if this form will let me. How can I get free or reduced legal help against landlords and the other question how do get the same thing for a will?? Also the same thing against corrupte stores and company's??I live in direr poverty and really just can't afford anything unfortunately and it's not my fault. I am an orphan the state ruined my life and took everything from and left me in direr poverty with noway out that's why I can't afford a lawyer nor anything. A little help not advise would help. My son lives in Texas and was arrested in AZ Monday 10/26. A bondsman is on the way with $10,000 to post bail. He is required to go to court on Tuesday, 11/3. My question is, will he have the opportunity to request a public defender on Tuesday, or is he required to have his own attorney that day.

My husband recently passed away and I found out he took out a signature loan from a credit union. I'm not on the account, I had nothing to do with the loan, and my income was not part of the application process. Am I required to repay this loan?

My Landlord has started Eviction proceedings and has become quite vicious about the whole issue. I do not dispute the fact that I am late with the rent. (Serious Medical Issues arose) and have been attempting to make arrangements for the arrears and current amounts due. He is refusing to discuss that option. He is now adding that I am a problem to the other neighbors, in addition huge maintenance list he has told me has cost the landlord undue stress and hardship. I have over 100 pictures available to show the condition upon move in and he refuses to see them as well. Opinions? Regards, KFP

My ex husband has not seen our son's life, or hasn't seen him for 7 years, and my son only hears from his father when I make him call.. He is never on time with child support, and demands I talk to him on the phone rather then text, which I won't do. He hasn't had a job in 8 years and if he does it is normally under the table. maybe someone can answer me on this I currently renting a 2 bedroom apartment in Bullhead city Arizona, a month ago I found out that my apartment is infested with termites, the landlord or apartment manager responded by sending a maintenance worker to look into it and he was not sure what we're dealing with so he reported back to the office and they send a pest control to look into it and he confirmed that it was termites and they need to call a termite specialist and he came and looked at it said it was a mild case so he went back and told the manager what needs to be done and the estimate but all that was over 3 weeks ago and I heard nothing about since then so I called and the lady who works there did not seem to know whats going on with this so she replied "I will let the manager know and have them call you" well another week passed so I drop buy the office and paid rent and I ask the lady again about and she said the exterminator has not got back to them so now I'm not sure what to do, I personally believe they are giving me the run around and do to the history and incompetence and procrastination of the maintenance service provided since we been living there I am highly concern to the point that I should just bail out of my lease and move somewhere else but the problem with that is I cannot afford to when I'm providing for my kids so I am thinking i should seek some legal council on the situation
