I am actually writing this on behalf of my dad. My dad was an eletrician and a veteran. 10 to 14 yrs ago he wired a house, the house was inspected and he received a green tag on it. Just a few months ago the house caught on fire and the insurance is blaming my dad. The fire was do to a gas leak on an outside fireplace of some sort. My dad is hard of hearing, retired and is on a set income. Please help, he has no money for a lawyer and is to represent himself when he is summoned to. Can you help or direct us to someone who can?

I own 2 mobile homes in a mobile home park. One of them I live in and the other I bought and was fixing it up and was going to make plans on what to do with it. I got behind on lot rent on the other place by a month and before the next month they had me in court evicting me. In a week after that that they broke into the place and changed the locks. Within the month the sold it and I am the owner and have a title. I was in process of trying to sell it so I could pay the back rent and make some money back on it. Never given any notice that this was there intent. What do I do too stop this.

The landlord shut off our water at 3 in the afternoon and said it was only for a half hour to fix a small leak. It is now 8 am the following day and our water is still off with no word from our landlord. What can I do or call to get this issue remedied

We just received a notice of auction for a property we are renting. Per this letter, the landlord was behind on the mortgage prior to us signing the lease, which we were not aware of. He has no intention of keeping the house and we have another 6 months to our lease. Do we have any rights to with hold rent considering he intentionally scammed us into renting when he had no intentions of using our money to pay the rent and was already behind?
