Bounced a check to bank not knowing it would bounce at the time. When I did find out it bounced I did not pay right away. Amount $425. I cant pay now because it has gone to court system. At the time I wrote check I did not know it would bounce. Check was from good account. I just did poor bookkeeping. I read law and it says only a crime if I knew it would bounce. I have a plea on the table which will put a misdemeanor on my record. Do I have a defense since I did not know it would bounce?

I wish to sue for monetary damages if possible and to stop him from using my photo and name in these ads. I gave him over 20 years of full time service, and the first time I actually took my full vacation time (3 weeks), he called me (during week 2)and told me he only wants to use me part time after my vacation was up.

As a minor, was his public school in violation of his rights to allow him to sign a waiver rejecting his right to an attorney or legal guardian to be present at his questioning and signed admission statement? Our son received and then sent to another student a nude picture of a girl who had generated and distributed this picture herself. The high school is calling this pornography and involved the sheriffs office in tracking down the kids who had hit send. Is this addmission statement, aadmissible in a court of law?
