I just received a bill for wastewater services for 15 years in the amount of $5000. This is the first bill I have ever received. They sent a letter that they have waived late fees and penalties. What should I do?

I am pregnant and will be requesting soon FMLA rights. I wonder if the federal holidays are paid &/or counted in the 12 weeks of FMLA?

My ex wife and I have been divorced for 18 months and it involved two kids. Our divorce decree and final agreement is filed in Rogers County Oklahoma. I now live in Arizona and have since the separation in May of 05. This summer my son came to visit and he has been asking his mom if he could live here and she gave me written and verbal permission that he could and now he has been here for 3 months with the agreement that we would modify the final agreement and child support. He is enrolled in school and school activities and after school activities and is doing very well. She is now wanting him to come back to Oklahoma and I want to file documents to keep her from doing this........can I do it here in Arizona or does he have to be here for a certain amount of time? I am working with a gentleman who is receiving Social Security Disability (SSD) payments. The SSD is his only income. He has almost half the of SSD check garnished for child support. Is there any way he can have this amount reduced? Who could he go to for assistance with this?

I have submitted to my employer documentation from my physician stating that I have a medical condition (sleep apnea) . I am constantly being written up for falling asleep at work, although this had not affected the quality if mt work. Does my employer have grounds to discharge me if it is a documented condition?

My townhouse has water damage from a pipe leak. Landlord sent maintenance guy to fix pipe. 6 days later sent a mold specialist to check for moisture but not mold. Sent maintenance guy back to take out dry wall and pull up carpet. Did not secure room where water damage was to ensure that if there is mold in the wall it was contained did not remove all of the wet areas that the mold specialist recommended. What are my rights? How can I legally make sure that they handle this health and safety issue properly because they are clearly cutting corners and not using certified specialists.

My fiance moved into a duplex, and I was at a assisted living center. She asked me to move in and said that the leading company stared since she was my care giver, I did not have to be added to lease. Well 2.5 y3ars later, we received a ten day notice to make a new application or have me move out. All my mail and electric, t.v cable are all in my name. I am 100 percent disabled, and have a eviction on my record 7 years ago. Do i have rights to stay?

My son father lives in Fl and I live in SC. He is asking me to move to FL so he can be closer to his son. Our son 20 mos and has some disability. I signed a lease, gave them $2,500...received keys 4/1/15. Did the walk thru soon after picked upupkeys. the townhouse is filthy. smells sour, mold, cat urine, cigarette smoke. It looks as if previous tenents just movd out the day before. Also has cracked window window andbroken sliding door. What can we do
