I have talked with the leasing office multiple times over the occasion and their have not addressed with with the neighbors. The only solution they have offered is the tiny cockroach tabs to put in cabinets. I have not had food or trash in my apartment for over two months because of not being able to live there with the cockroaches. Is there a way to break my lease because the landlord has not provided a "safe and habitual environment?"

  • I moved back to my paid off house after 2 years away from an extremely violent crack addict. He has now forced his way back into my home because he is a freeloader and wants to live withowut paying a single bill. When I tell him to leave he says FU, make me. He believes that he owns everything I have and takes my car 24/7 so I have no way out. When I attempt to do anything he destroys my things or steals them and pawns them. If I do anything at all to call for help he destroys my phone and beats me up and threatens to destroy my house. He is the biggest fake but noone believes me. HELP

  • My ex wife is late on rent. The attorney fee is $450.00 , is this considered "reasonable"? My understanding is she is being charged for the filing and un-filing with the court for an eviction. Additionally, she was not able to pay her rent and late fees at one point because the website they require her to pay through didn't have the updated information... The website listed a total amount due, but wouldn't accept the payment. This caused her to be several more days late while the office figured out the issue. This increased late fees and attorney fees. Is this acceptable? Or reasonable?
