  • How much can a mobile home park charge for a pet deposit?
  • My husband managed a duplex for 4 yrs until he passed away 2wks ago, We moved from duplex 9 months ago he subleased our apt to"friends" the terms we may move back anytime & still use 50% of the property as our own. He also had a rv that he had rented out &occupants remained a watched over property. Within 2wks of his death sub leasers told owner about rv & occupants which was explained & a non issue. Sub lessees then insisted I remove my property per owner,Tenants under our deposit owner said he will be here Tues to take inventory &if anyone removes anything he will consider it property damage
  • My friend and I was pulled out of the store .possible stolen vehicle.report was called in from border patrol, the Sheriffs department was called in for back and I was arrested for findings from the search. The truck wasn't stolen and our word against them in regards to the giving permission . My question is the responsibility of probable cause by transfer of authority does that diminish when the Border Patrol reported the stolen vehicle does that give probable cause to the sheriff by proxy there should be some case law the states if there was no probable cause by the Border Patrol

  • The home I'm renting (leased through August 2015) was foreclosed on and there's a new owner. Do I have to pay rent to the new owner if I'm leaving in 6 weeks? Or do they have to give me an eviction notice? The new owner is demanding rent, but she doesn't have the deed yet, just a proof of purchase receipt.
