  • If house is foreclosed on, what does the new owner need to provide to the old owner and how long does the the old owner have to get out by law?

In approximate 5 months rent was never paid on time and dogs destroyed other individual property, owner refused responsibility for damage, I asked her to leave the house with a 3 weeks notice and she refused saying she will be out after Christmas.
