Question: Where would I look for assistance when the local HOA does not enforce the CC&Rs, and permit other homeowners to be placed in a hazardous envioronment?
Answer: You would have to sue your HOA for enforcement of the CC&Rs. At the same time, you would also sue the homeowner, or whomever else is causing the violations of the CC&Rs.
