Question: Can a tentant rule out only one parking lot per unit? My tent recently made a us parking out cars inside. Saying only one car is allowed outside. Shes mading up all these new rules the other tents are too scared to do anything.I have had another incident where part or our light stop working inside the trailer.And she dont fix it saying it our responsibility. Need help or just advice on what I can do.

Answer: As a general rule, the rights and responsibilities of the landlord and the tenant in this sort of situation are determined by whatever the rental agreement says (and, in the case of a mobile home park, what the park’s policies or rules and regulations say).
