Question: i own my mobile and pay for rental space. i have a immediate eviction because my dog got out without her leash. what happens with my home does the park buy it?

Answer: When the owner of a mobile home is evicted from a rented mobile home space, the mobile home continues to belong to the owner/tenant. The landlord is responsible for informing the owner/tenant of any and all costs associated with the mobile home continuing to occupy the mobile home space.
