Question: If a trailer is in your name in a mobile home park and some one else signed the rental agreement then they laeve the trailer with aa balance owed because the trailer is in your name are you responsible even if you signed nothing with the traiker park

Answer: If the tenant who left was renting the trailer directly from the mobile home park landlord – and you as the owner of the trailer had nothing to do with that relationship – then in theory the former tenant alone is in breach of the lease and is the one who now owes money to the park. Without knowing all the specifics, however, it is impossible to say for sure. You may wish to ask the park to provide you with a letter clarifying its position.
