Question: When I purchased my trailer there were 4 trees on site. I rent the lot but own the trailer. there is nothing in the agreement that says those trees belong to me and it is my responsibility to remove. By law is it my responsibility?

Answer: Unless your rental agreement says otherwise you should not have any responsibility to remove any trees. You are probably responsible for routine maintinance.
