Question: The park I live in has been sold current management will not disclose who bought it other than its a Canadian Corporation and it will be a 5 star resort. My question is I live in a 1960 park model .I still owe 1400.00 dollars on it can the new owners force me to buy a newer trailer or evict me what are my options ?

The landlord or any person authorized to enter into a rental agreement on his behalf shall disclose to the tenant in writing at or before the commencement of the tenancy the name and address of each of the following: 1. The person authorized to manage the premises. 2. An owner of the premises or a person authorized to act for and on behalf of the owner for the purpose of service of process and for the purpose of receiving and receipting for notices and demands. When a lease is written and signed by the management and the tenant, both parties must follow its terms. The new owners will be required to honor all existing leases. Once your lease is up, however, it is up to the new owners what to do next.
