Question: Whatwhat are the laws on RAW SEWAGE coming from a pipe that is about 1/2 foot above ground ,that is 15 ft from my front door.

Answer: Both the Arizona Residential Landlord and Tenant Act (which applies to tenants who are renting an apartment, a condo, a house, or a mobile home from the same landlord who owns the mobile home lot space) and the Arizona Mobile Home Parks Residential Landlord and Tenant Act (which applies to tenants who own their mobile home but are renting a mobile home lot space) require landlords to “comply” with all applicable state, county, and city codes “materially affecting health and safety” and to “make all repairs and do whatever is necessary to put and keep the premises in a fit and habitable condition” (A.R.S. 33-1324; A.R.S. 33-1434).
