Question: How much notice does an apartment complex have to give you before they raise rent on a month to month lease?
Answer: Unless the rental agreement says otherwise (in which case that is the rule that applies), the parties to a month-to-month rental agreement must provide each other with at least 30 days notice before altering or terminating the agreement (A.R.S. 33-1375).
