Question: We rented a home in Maricopa and had the AC unit go out approx. 8 times in 3 months. Every time the property management company would file a claim with the home warranty company. . We had to buy our own window AC to stay cool. Only twice were we offered a hotel. Combined between myself and my husband we had to take off 10 days from work to accommodate the repair man. The repair man said from the start that the unit needed to be replaced but it never was. Our AC bills were as high as 700 dollars due to the issues. Do we have a case in small claims court?
