Question: My niebor is herrasing me landlord wont do anything.there truck blocks my rear exit door cant hardly get out the door what can i do

Answer: If someone is harassing you, you can CALL THE POLICE or possibly GO TO COURT to get an injunction against harassment, depending on the circumstances. If their truck is on your rented property, you could have it towed. If you haven't already given WRITTEN NOTICE TO THE LANDLORD of the problem, you should do that so that she might do something like evict the neighbor or you would have a legitimate reason to MOVE OUT and break your lease without any penalty.
