Question: I am a landlord and have a tenant who broke the lease by moving out 3 months early and giving me one day notice. she is not answering my calls or replying to my messages. She has my house and mail keys. What can I do? Do I need to start an eviction process or do I have the right to enter my property since she has deserted it? Please help. Thank you, Ann

The City of Phoenix Counseling Office holds monthly workshops on the third Thursday of each month.
