Question: Can a landlord ask all his tenants to because of redevelopment, and give us 30 days, and can I request financial help to move.
Answer: If you have a lease/rental agreement the landlord can not terminate your tenancy during the term of the lease. If you have a month to month arrangement then they must provide written notice at least 30 days prior to start of the next rental period.
