Question: my patio door was shattered in the late morning someone shot it with a bb gun... who pays for it?
Answer: The landlord is only responsible for maintaining good and safe working order and condition of all electrical, plumbing, sanitary, heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and other appliances supplied by him. This would be considered damage done by the tenant and to be fixed by the tenant.
