Landlord and Tenant Rights and Responsibilities
questions & answers
Question: You state a 10 day notice is required. Is that 10 days before rent is due? Does it mean 10 days before your final 30 day period?
Answer: I am not sure of what "10 day notice" you are referencing. If you are a month to month tenant and you want to terminate your tenancy you need to provide 30 days written notice. The notice would need to be prior to the final 30 day period.
