Question: I have had a roach problem even before I moved into this unit. I have gotten sprayed several times and baited and have yet to resolve the issue. Can i get out of my lease if this is not resolved

In some situations, vermin infestations, may be a breach of this warranty and allow for remedies, possibly including breaking the lease, allowing for withheld rent or other remedies.
