Question: My mother owns a 2 bedroom mobile home and my sister and 2 of her children moved in to take cate of my mother but land lord won’t except my sister staying cause they said is too many of them what is the limit for a two bedroom mobile home I was under the impression that is 2 person per bedroom??

Answer: There are no general rules within the Arizona Mobile Home Parks Residential Landlord and Tenant Act about how many people may live in each room of a mobile home that sits on a rented lot space. If a tenant believes that a landlord is acting unlawfully in restricting the number of tenants who may reside in a mobile home that sits on a rented lot space, that tenant may wish to speak with an attorney.
