Request a copy of the agreement, and review the section related to agreement termination or eviction. Also, request the patient's file, and ask about prior write-ups, or inquire about prior disciplinary action. There are safeguards in place to protect the patients rights. Contact the individual's case manager to discuss his/her options. Or contact the long term service provider to discuss his or her options.
