Termination for Criminal Activity and Drug and Alcohol Abuse

The owner may terminate the tenancy any time during the lease term if any member of the

family, guest, or other person under the family’s control commits any of the following types of

criminal activity:

•Criminal activity that threatens the health, safety, or peaceful enjoyment of the premises by

other residents, including property management staff;

•Criminal activity that threatens the health, safety, or peaceful enjoyment of the premises by

people residing in the immediate vicinity; or

•Violent criminal activity on or near the premises; or

•Drug-related criminal activity on or near the premises.
