Foreclosure
questions & answers
Question: is "strict" foreclosure or "deed in lieu" foreclosure available in arizona?
Answer:
Arizona has two types of foreclosures; judicial foreclosure or trustee's sale. Deed in lieu would be an agreement with the lender for the borrower to turn over the property to the lender as an alternative to foreclosure. This is generally a decision made between the lender and the borrower.
