Eviction
questions & answers
Question: NEED FORM TO CONTEST EVICTION
Answer: The Supreme Court of Arizona’s Self-Help Center provides tenants with information about the eviction process here: https://azcourthelp.org/browse-by-topic/eviction/tenant-information. A tenant who wishes to contest an eviction should appear at the eviction hearing to defend themselves against their landlord’s allegations. The tenant also may file a written “Answer” before the hearing. A link to the standard “Answer” form is available here: https://azcourthelp.org/finder/published/eviction-2/tenant-eviction-forms/286-3-answer/file.
