Question: My husband was evicted from the home October 24th of 2016 for domestic violence. It ends October 24th 2018. Since that time I have made up two house payments that he missed and have taken over or mortgage and have been taken overall expenses of the house including upkeep of the land. The locks were changed by the woman shelter. How can I keep him out of my home that I am paying full on myself? Is there any law or form that I need to file to keep him out?
