Question: If my boyfriend and I were staying with my mom and he left out of town for 4 months and we broke up because of this, and now he's back and saying if I don't allow him in my mothers house he will call the cops, he is saying I stole his stuff and he has the rights to check. Since he didn'tsign a lease with my mom but had mail sent here does he have rights?

Answer: He does not have any right to reside in the house. He does have a right to retrieve any property he left behind.
