Question: Im in a Rv and rented this spot for a month or more if needed and the whole month I was there,the grounds keeper gave me a notice to move by the first of the month for no reason .I work every day and had the money to pay next months rent.So we went on our way to another place.Can I go after this guy for any thing at all.

Answer: In Arizona, we do have a Recreational Vehicle Long-Term Rental Space Act, but it only applies to agreements for tenancies of greater than 180 days pursuant to A.R.S. 33-2101. Unfortunately, in a tenancy of less than 180 days, the agreement between you and the RV park would likely be the only thing that would govern your relationship.
