Question: My partner has locked me out of our company, and is using a lawyer to try to force me to sign over my share of our company. She has made up allegation of misappropriation without proof, and without due process is stealing the company from me. The idea of the company is entirely mine, all the work was done and/or organized by me, and all supplies and furnishing we procured by me... with a week left before opening, she has locked me out, emptied the bank accounts, and is letting my family starve while she tries to finish without me. What do I do?
