Criminal
questions & answers
Question: What does CC refer to in my case number????
Answer: It's simply an internal court designation based on the court you are in. Some courts use "CV" for civil and "CR for criminal. Some justice courts use "CC" for their civil cases, "TR" for traffic cases, etc. It's merely how the courts style their cases. It has no impact on your case except for designating the type of case it is.
