Question: I am in veterans court and I had to enter a guilty plea to stay in the program, who gets to see my guilty plea?

Answer: There are multiple databases available that search criminal records.  Once you enter a guilty plea, a conviction will be entered.  Criminal records are available to the public on the Arizona Supreme Court's website  supremecourt.az.gov/publicaccess.
