Question: My daughter is 25 years old and on supervised probation and living in my home. If she brings drugs into my house without my knowledge and the probation officer searches her/her room, can I be charged with something or can I lose my house?

Answer: The following is provided for general information only. To find out how the law applies to a specific situation, contact an attorney directly. According to A.R.S. § 13-3407, it is a crime to knowingly possess or use a dangerous drug, possess a dangerous drug for sale, manufacture a dangerous drug, or transport for sale a dangerous drug.
