Question: I put in a two week notice, but after the two weeks were up, my old job would not give me my PTO (paid time off) and I accumulated 80 hrs worth. What do I do and who can I talk to?

Answer: According to ARS 23-350 - 6  Wages includes sick pay, vacation pay,...when the employer has a policy or practice of making such payments. Whether a company pays out on vacation time at termination of employment depends on whether the company has that policy or not.
