Question: how old does a child have to be to be able to work full time?

Answer: The Dept. of Labor (http://www.dol.gov/whd/state/agriemp2.htm#Arizona) states that a child of 16 may work during school hours for 3 days/18 hours.  A child may work at 14  outside of school hours for 3 days/18 hours,
