Question: I was hired by a company. I was hired to be a Financial Assistant. At first I thought that this company was real, because they had me sign an employment agreement and gave me a confirmation saying that I was hired. What this company did was deposit large amounts of money into my personal acct, then they wanted me to withdraw the money and have it transferred to other people in Russia by using a funds transfer service. Question: I have been employed in AZ. for 36 years to a Texas based company. They have sent notice that I enroll in direct deposit by Dec.1st,2014 in accordance with a collective bargaining agreement made by my union in july 2008. providing that, "the carrier may implement arrangements for the direct deposit of any payments due its employees covered by this agreement." They did not offer alternatives or consequences for failure to do so, only that I would be "subject to remedy." Can they force me to direct deposit or "remedy"? I currently receive my pay bi-monthly via USPS. Thank you.

Question: We live in an RV resort, own a park model. We have a business license to do yard work and have been doing well here in the park helping older people that cannot do what we do. We work on the weekends, but the park is considering prohibiting working on Sunday. Can they do this according to AZ law. They have also issued a ruling that people who work for the park cannot do side jobs in the park at all, even on their own time and with their own equipment. Is this legal?

Question: What is my rights? I work for a major company and while I had a temp manager they stole two of my major accounts without my knowledge and transferred them to other reps on other teams and I lost out on 1,000,000 in sales. The company has policy in protecting reps from going into accounts that does not belong to them or assigned to them. Question: Is being dyslectic considered to be a form of disability that an employer can help with by providing standards to follow rather than every employee doing the same jobs but calling each process different at will. It’s very confusing to me being a dyslectic. This company is very adamant about not providing standards as not to hamper individual creativity.
