Answer: You will find detailed information on FMLA requirements in Handout #28 on the U.S. Department of Labor's website. www.dol.gov/whd/regs/compliance/whdfs28.pdf You must have worked for your employer for 12 months and have worked 1250 hours in the 12 months.
